I guess since you've found this page, you want to know something about me.
I'll start from the logical
place, which is the beginning.
I was born and raised in Sweetser, Indiana; a sleepy little ville about 1 hour north-north east of
Indianapolis. Born to Dale and Rita Cruea (yet my brother STILL says I was adopted, or the milkman's kid), I
led a happy life of playing, running, jumping, swimming, getting dirty, and being a loner.
Fast forward to the teenage years
I attended Oak Hill High School in Meir,
Indiana.
I swam and played music all through high school. While I
wasn't good enough to really go anywhere in swimming, my music did get me to Vienna, Austria via the New World Symphony Orchestra. That was a blast, and I'd like to go back
there. I graduated 26th out of a class of 126 with a 3.34 GPA.
The College Years
For college, I started out at Ball State University as a Classical Music Performance major. After much partying,
skipping of classes, being a complete and utter moron, and finally deciding that waiting for someone to die to get a
job simply wasn't for me, I switched over to being a Computer Science major. That also was a mistake. The professors
weren't anywhere near knowledgeable about the subject matter, talked in circles, and really didn't care. So, after a
year of that, I dropped out due to boredom and getting a .3 GPA in my final semester there (yes, you read that right,
a .3, as in point 3). All the while, I had worked at Steak 'n' Shake, then I got tired of that and got a job in a
machine shop. I was bored of that, quit, and went to Indiana Business College and majored in their IT certification
program. Best Buy employed me as a tech, I got my A+ and MCP certifications, then graduated IBC with a 3.88 GPA. In
a strange turn of events, I started working for Lowe's in Carmel, Indiana, and am now attending IUPUI in Purdue's
School of Engineering and Technology majoring in Computer Information Technology with a track in networking.
And ever since my Ball State days, my beautiful fiancee has been with me through it all.
